KO possibly buying out BBDA, is that correct or are they talking as a distributor only?

As noted, nobody is going to buy out BBDA. Not KO or anyone else. Why on earth would they? BBDA doesn't own Koma Unwind. They registered the barcode and pay to license the trademark. That's all.

If some company wanted to buy Koma Unwind, they would just purchase the trademark from DLR Associates, which is a privately owned company - owned by the CEO and COO/VP of BBDA. That's right. They would buy Koma Unwind from Brian Weber and Daisy L Ramirez, not BBDA or its shareholders.

And as of the 2012 annual report and as reaffirmed by the Q1 2013 report, BBDA no longer owns 30% equity interest in DLR Associates, either.
