I do like how he hasn't acknowledged the google request of leave, i think he is on leave or busy doing the case stuff and will rule soon, today would be great i thi k someone had called it today i would be happy. Don't know what to read about the quietness from the court on the leave request, maybe he is not in or he is giving google the quiet extension like he did the last time taking two weeks then giving them 5 more days!

Maybe we see leave denied and then the rr ruling and all others hit all at once would be a great day. It will be soon folks.
