I think if you're looking for a short term pop a morning pr is usually called for. An after the bell PR signifies to me that you are confident that you pr will withstand an evening and next morning scrutiny . If PBLS has some good info to share an evening PR will allow investors to digest it and in turn tell others about it. That would allow for a more sustained next day and maybe into next week run. IMO
