They may have enough to file but I am not so sure they were able to get an additional 1 million to pay for the back payments on the Salitrosa project. I would not be surprised if that deal is dead. I thought earlier on that it was to big of a project to take on especially since they have no experience in the mining industry. I was hoping for a JV or buyout. Very little volume or no volume. Back to PB&J sandwiches for awhile. As a 100% fact they have moved out of their ground floor offices that were located on Rt 17 in Hasbrouck Heights. Period!!!!!!!
