Seamm knows a hell of alot more than most of us on this board about VDSC. Didn't someone post yesterday that the merger has already been confirmed. It was on some website. If that is the case, why is it down 20% today? Will a formal PR from Peter send it parabolic like many posters claim? Am i missing something here? Is it official or not?
