So, first off, I never said Costly was with Village Tea for 3 years, I said he and the Founder/President have a company that in three years has managed to get product into multiple national retailers. Please don't twist my words. Again, I would have to go into the filings to see when Costly joined Village Tea.

Again, you're bringing TLA* into this when they are not in the conversation. Their part in this is that they divested of their minority interest in Village Tea to HRDN. Doesn't matter what TLA* does or did, they had an interest in Village Tea that they no longer have, end of story for them and HRDN.

What you seem to be stuck on is the relationship with Costly and TLA*. HRDN is providing financing for Village Tea as well as other assistance per the PR. That's only a portion of what HRDN has going on. The focus here isn't about Costly. GLTY.
