they filed it so that they wouldn't have to file 6 years of financials, that way they can now restructure and we are thinking a name change and merge may be coming...now the company will file a disclosure and explain what is going on...but speaking with Jay, everything he said would happen has happened...check out the stickies for the full dd....they own patents that are worth millions..
