They did acquire the Air Carrier certificate in purchase of Ryan Intl stock. Astrajet did not hire any Ryan flight operations people (pilots, flight attendants, admin personnel, managers, maintenance, VP's, etc) nor does Ryan have any employees. They do have rights to manuals that were Ryan's. No aircraft either. No Dept of Transportation filing. The list goes on and on. Without those key employees, almost impossible to get the airline back up and running.
