Since cdex began, TOUTs have argued that the BIO of the BOD members make a difference. How can one bleeve that so and so respected memeber of So and So organization would risk his STELLER REPUTATION by supporting an obvious SCAM.

The answer has ALWAYS been obvious. cdex IS a SCAM and known to nearly all as a SCAM especially lately. And BOD members that should know better obviously support it at least to the extent of being a BOD member. Whether or not they go to the trouble to learn anything at all about cdex.

BOD members do nothing anyway but collect their worthless shares with which they are compensated for doing nothing. Worthless for Nothing seems fair to me.

One may safely assume that cdex rarely if ever enter into the minds of the BOD members. Only when they get a call saying we need to vote on sumpin.

The vote is always unanmious which tells any observer that they say "whatever you wish, mr chairman."

Whatever IS, IS!! knowing why is not relevant.
