Maybe quoting Buffett is not irrelevant. For example, if he were managing 1 million now, where would he put his money?

It is irrelevant.

It is not a good comparison to compare PetroChina with SIAF. PetroChina is China's biggest oil producer and the listed arm of state-owned China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), while SIAF is a smallcap traded on OTC.BB.
