The case was dismissed apparently because Frank did not follow thru and file any of the necessary documents.

Something to remember is that one can file for bankruptcy only so often. I believe its once every seven years, but don't hold me to that number. The point being, many companies like to deal with people who have filed BK because they know that the person cannot escape the debt again.

As to all of these filings, suits, and countersuits, I be thinking that they come with the territory. Reading the suit and countersuit of Q vs Firestone, the image comes to mind of two fighters circling each other trying to read the relative strengths and find possible weak spots. It certainly hasn't seemed to make much difference in todays trading, except volume is noticeably lighter than it has been lately.
