we've been talking about if for 2 weeks LOL. This is the first step. They have to pull away from the SEC be deregistering which is now done. They then need to get the last 2 years only of filings and send the the SEC to register with the SEC again.

In the mean time, TCPS can now do whatever its going to do. New board, new website, new plan, get things up to speed. A company disclosure, talking about the business is expected next.
