I agree, this is killing me. I really think this will hit $4 again sometime in July leading up to Q2 earnings. Q2 earnings should really show how much the housing market has boomed lately. The facts have really not changed that much since it reached $5. Even at that time, people knew the risk involved. I think these recent articles and of course the bloomberg article hurt the stock a little. I'm hoping for a double bounce now and for this stock to settle down in the middle to upper $2 range until it gets closer to August.
