bbanbob, I agree, there is no reason this should not be on Pacer unless, there is an imminent announcement concerning ending this travesty. I am very concerned about a side deal for a handful of people that leaves the rest of UWBKQ out in the cold.
This way they can just carry on with the chapter seven liquidation with nothing said and the next thing we find out is that this stocked is zeroed out and halted. This would be a normal Government tactic, IMHO.
I do not mean to be a Negative Ned, but unless somebody can show me where this appeal is, there is indeed something going on and without an announcement showing a deal has made, cannot help but think there is something nefarious happening. I want somebody to prove this train of thought wrong and very soon!
