Paent--So far as “demanding answers” as shareholders: I can see where the competitors of Vrng would very much want to know the exact answers to your questions, but as a shareholder of Vrng I demand no such particulars at the moment.

I have to assume that there is a valid reason why Vrng has not at this time provided the details to the questions that Google and others would like to have. Google, as we have seen, wants to use the settlement terms in various ways against Vrng by attempting to introduce additional evidence at this late date relating to the I/P vs Google lawsuit, and thereby again trying to open the door to more depositions and arguments and delays re same, etc.

One further has to assume that there are tactical or strategic reasons why AT THIS TIME both Msft and Vrng are mum on the details you want them to provide. The purpose of a company is not necessarily to provide traders, shorters, flippers, competitors or investors with ammo at any particular moment. For business reasons---especially if it affects pending lawsuits--- sometimes information is provided over a period of days, weeks, etc.

I’m willing to wait and see how things play out here.
