Ok, went to page 57 and what I read tells me that they have nothing to do with Dixie Elixirs (THC) which I assume means Tripp owns Dixie Elixirs exclusively. Not good for MJNA in my opinion.

Note 6: Red Dice Holdings

The Company purchased Red Dice Holdings during 2012. Red Dice Holdings (RDH) is a holding company, that owns the formulas, equipment and extraction process for cannabis based products. The RDH’s revenue model is to continue to develop these products and license them to distributors throughout the world. The Company owns 60% of RDH. RDH also has direct to consumer products on the market, such as Dixie Botanicals (CBD Product line) and has a Colorado based licensee that currently has products in 500 plus retail outlets.

Hemp is certainly a "cannabis based product". Sorry, still very vague to me. If all these states are legalizing MMJ and recreational MJ what good does that do MJNA? How in the heck is MJNA going to make $150M next year on it's CBD products?

Personally, I don't like what I am reading. I wonder if Tripp will take Dixie Elixirs Public in the near future. That would definately be more interesting from an investment perspective.

I was definately under the impression that once MJ was legalized, rescheduled or officially became law on a state level MJNA could flip it's focus to MJ. Apparently that is not the case.
