6. Promises by Pignatello that “he intends to fix all that quickly” …then “make some OTC filings, and take it to the AMEX…6 months”… “THAT WILL NOT HAPPEN”.
7. Even with “MASSIVE REVERSE SPLIT” to get price up…stock will not support “asset “requirement.
