"Well, obviously Mr. Brumfield and team missed their placement date. Hum, sometimes one just cannot predict an event and final market ready product, on a product that has never been built before."
According to court documents, CDEx has built three G4's with one delivered to a customer over a year ago. Pennstreet has claimed that that customer uses it every day (remember folks, pennstreet knows everything about CDEx).
Now pennstreet is saying that they've "never been built before". Something is just not right.
