Universal Bioenergy Inc., (OTCQB:UBRG), a publicly traded independent diversified energy company that markets and distributes natural gas, electricity, petroleum and coal, announced that its subsidiary, NDR Energy Group, sold an estimated 2.25 billion cubic feet (Bcf) of natural gas for the month of June. The record sales volume of natural gas is expected to generate an estimated $8 to $9 million millions in revenues for June, and help propel the Company's drive toward strong earnings. This set a new record of gas sales volume for the month of June for NDR Energy Group.

The 2.25 (Bcf) of estimated sales of gas booked for June represents a 7.38% increase, or 0.155 billion cubic feet (Bcf), over the 2.10 (Bcf) of gas sold during the month of June in 2012. The volume of estimated natural gas sold by NDR Energy is the highest in the Company's history for the month of June.

Universal Bioenergy is a high growth diversified energy company. Through its subsidiary, NDR Energy Group, it has contracts to sell natural gas to 30 of the largest public utilities, electric power producers and local gas distribution companies that serve millions of commercial, industrial and residential customers throughout the country.
