That's because the the Transnational Financial Network people never made any attempt to change their profile after changing their name. It just became a dead shell. Check the CIK number for verification.

Because only the name changed and not the ticker, it seems that many sites did not process the name change. Perhaps TFN did not process all of the paperwork.

However, the fact remains the Telava Networks, Inc. of Nevada has not had any relationship with the ticker symbol TLVA since March 2009.
