There are still others - such as yourself - who did opt in and are waiting and watching in the Event any payout may include them. If Bush's Appeal is successful and Judge Sleet agrees that the Anchor Litigation - which ownership has yet to be decided by Judge Block - was not an Asset of the Estate, and Judge Walrath then lacked Jurisdiction to adjudicate the LTW Holders' Claims, then would that Decision by Judge Sleet nullify the opt in offer?
