Scrushy was acquitted by a BHam jury. Every CFO played government witness against him and he escaped anyway. He just resigned his board seat recently.

The company is still operating and doing ok.

They will release audited financials in 2006, get up to date on filings and get re-listed.

They released a new "roadmap" for growth this week -- are planning acquisitions in 2007.

I think they will spin off their surgery center business before too long.

It's not a great growth story, but it's still an $8 stock trading at $4 (i.e. a value play).

Who knows about the future re: growth, but there is probably another top executive change some time in their future. That might be a good time to pay attention again.
