...any settlement must be conditioned upon approval by the BK CT, which, we were informed, maintains priority...........I question this because the BK and the suit are totally unrelated...........unless the BK CT, by law holds authority over litigation of any kind - even indirect.............that's where Larry is but I disagree with most of what he says...........because his rhetoric is on my dime.............................

...so maybe WE lever the SETTLEMENT through the BK CT.........as opposed to the FDIC (remember them ????? - didn't want any part of this matter) trying to backdoor thru the BK CT a LOWBALL settlement.............ain't happening UNLESS it's a concurrence with HYPOTHETICAL HARVEY...........and we may or may not AGREE....

...whatever..............this is 100% a complicated litigation case.................we win............we settle.................either, or....................ongoing.....
