I called the ITC and the case IS OPEN to the general public to be present at the court room. IF there is some clear indication of the way the case is leaning (which is often very difficult to tell by watching) we may see an increase in share price. I assume that whoever does the "ITC Law Blog" may have a person present in the court to report if there is some substantial development.
