I have an assumption...those of you who are knowledgeable would appreciate your thoughts. Brav has not diluted in a long time. The number of shares sold on the last run-up that were by long-term holds (like me) and bought at higher prices mainly over .01 leave the mms with a base in this .0111+ range so their computer programs haven't been set for a loss because there is an upward bias for Brav. Most of the shares have be re-accumulated (like me) by those who sold for a gain and now only real bargain prices would do, but no sellers at those prices?
