overreaction by FDA or justified? too soon to know?

FDA is being very careful and rightly so. From the little we know, the bad news are that patients might develop serious allergic reaction to the treatment, and the good part is it wasn't fatal and resolved after one day hospitalization. We'll need to hear more details like if it was single treatment and of course to know what does the FDA say.
