First, let me say i expected this to happen, so if i did you know vringo did! Looks like my date of thursday the sixth is now gone. We get delayed judge will grant, hope i am wrong. Hope it makes him put out his ruling asap because of it! Second Tom this case has nothing to do with the appeals schedule as far as the judge has to rule by a certain date!! If the appeals court want the details then they will delay, not hij being rushed.

Now if vringo didn't expect this we will see a objection, if they did they won't file anything. I think it sets us back 3-5 days extension. Hope judge just denies then rules. Keep in mind vring has a great counter to this, you had time to negotiate and chose not to!!! Also the money they make compared to google. So the settlement amount the msft has compared to vringo per dollar compared to the revenues made will be higher then google so this could be the poison pill vringo set up google with, we shall see! Good luck expect sp to go down some more cause of delay.
