I am saying that raytheon does not need the govt or cypw to dictate anything. Raytheon does what it wants, govt budget or not. Cypw said govt project on hold, that is bs. And yes personally, i dont think raytheon received anything .
You and I will never ever know what they received from cypw. Nor will we know what happened at bent glass.
Nor do i believe cypw will ever bring their " engine" out in public, forget ohio state, come to pompano is all you hear. They bring fake car to shows and fake "engines" to presentations.
This is all from MY opinion, rational thinking prevails over the bs at cypw.
