Pls, think twice before posting it on IHub or forum but if you decide to do it so be it. However, I am not sure this is going to pass unnoticed. There is a difference with guessing and what you are about to post.

ES before all (because he'll loose big), but also SK, and all PPHM will hate you for it! And look at the Merck case! They only settled YEARS later and nobody went to jail! That other BP has the pocket depth too! Maybe it is better that that money ends-up with PPHM rather then with some org settlement for non-prosecution.

Let PPHM conclude the loan, run a small ATM to start the PIII and sign the BP partnership at THEIR terms (given the circumstances) in Q3/2013 (calender) and get CSM settlement as a bonus somewhere before that. I think that is BEST for all investors.

But you know me, I don't tell anyone want they should or should not do, just saying/asking to give it a thought.
