Any group of concerned shareholders can retain a lawyer for a set hourly fee and have presented a case that the purchase of the so called BAM company for 92 million BORKs when its pps traveled over $2.50 was done so as fraud, and as such those 92 million BORKs can be viewed as stolen property, meaning they are to be returned to the owner Bourque Industries, meaning this company then has these 92 million BORKs to be used to acquire funds or simply sell in private placements or even onto the open market when the pps hopefully is much higher.
No need for the SEC or any other alphabet soup letters federal agency to get involved as it will simply be a criminal case brought force by a few shareholders, and perhaps even them themselves as being lawyers.
