Looks to me just like more patent war crap. It's really ridiculous that all this money is being spent on lawyers and court expenses then ultimately the cost is absorbed by the consumers. We will see how the market reacts to this tomorrow, but at the least I do expect it to drop some. I am thinking it will blow over quickly since the whole world knows these patent wars are rarely flagrant enough to be considered infringing. They merely keep the lawyers and the courtrooms open for business.

I actually see this as an opportunity to get back in ahead of WWDC although I will probably play with a smaller position than I had previously planned. JMHO
