Where are you getting the billion? Authorized isn't issued and issued isn't outstanding. 200m per last filing. They obviously have employees if they're generating 20m revenue every year, year after year. $4m is 20% of 20m so a 2.5 month contract by the law of averages-perhaps it's a year max. I'm sure it doesn't take 5+ years to install a computer system in a school. Obviously there are many other contracts, some smaller etc. And of course on a GAAP basis including things like derivative loss, impairment and even interest it's a loss. Look at the millions of EBITDA that have been piling up in the past 5 years. And you spelled bullinger bond wrong but it's actually the reverse-the price volatility decreased by 35% in the past year. As someone said if you're bitter move on. If you're shorting keep posting.
