TO ALL about 10Q Filing date: the only thing certain right now is that EZ2 CORP must file by 12/22/05 in order to remain listed on the OTCBB. This is based on the SEC Eligibility rule that a company must file within 30 calender days after the "E" is appended. The EZTO "E" was appended on 11/22/05! EZTO is currently considered deliquent in filing and has been given this 30 day grace period to become compliant or become delisted! I'll post a link to the list of deliquent companies in my next post.

So, a filing anytime now between now an 12/22/05 is acceptable to keep us listed! That should be OTTO's goal for this filing.

OTTO's goal for all future filings should be ON TIME! That is what I'm predicting will happen going forward in 2006!
