Thanks for your reply which as we know echoes those comments made by Bail Out previously.
I do think though the number of shares to be issued were potentionally 30+ million not 5 million but represented 5 million dollars.
This would have given those putting up that amount of money some sway over executive decisions and a degree of (potential ) executive power??

Given the intentions of our president to introduce / change laws in relation to "combat owners called Trolls"
I appreciate the impact that this announcement had on the share price of Smme during today's training however given how advanced we are and the positive ruling thus far in favor of Smme I am confident that we no longer fit the definition of Troll although acknowledge the sceptics who may think differently.

If its warranted perhaps the CEO could provide commentary of these announcements and whether in their opinion they cast doubt over our case.
