just wanted to add to our conversation, remember this one thing ... 0 debt. we are not in the hole here, we don't owe millions to banks or other financial institutions. we are not strapped, to buy a 0 debt company like this one would come at a hefty premium, this is another reason why I disagree with your opinion. although I respect it I just don't agree with it.
