The frightening thing is that this Company, because of the 6.01 billion shares issued is still valued at $40+ million with a per share value of .0043. Unbelievable!!!
I see a share consolidation in the not to distant future, a 100 to 1 (or greater) reverse split would not be a surprise. My guess is that this happens after the current P & D has run it's course.
