One sad state of affairs...so here we go it seems we have another holder getting rid of their shares! and I can't blame them. bid of .152 ask of 16! The future at this point is not very bright despite the fact that the products Nano has seem so good. The fact is that we have not heard of any major sells or contracts...No financials(we need these wether they are positive or not)...No consistent updates...and I do strongly believe that the patent for the packaging not belonging to Nano is a strong negative. My list of what needs to happen in order for Nano to make it:

1. Significant Update/Shareholders meeting
2. Release of up to date finacials
3. Release of at least basic iformation regarding the Marketing Plan

Without these basic items for potential and current share holders I honestly believe that nano could be sub penny in the not to distant future. I anyone of the major holders decides to start selling the share price will bottom and fast...for that matter it could be one of them selling today.

I am a long and supportive of the company, but very frustrating to say the least. Overall as an investor I turned my profit when the price was higher, but still own what I would consider a significant number of shares. For all those that may want to cosider me a basher I am not basher, and want nothing more than to see the share price drive to its potential. I understand the point that the company is a startup and it takes time, but that time has come. An update would help with questions such as...from the reports on GBS is TMC buying kits? If not why? Are there issues with the kits needing to be approved by insurance companies in order for it to be purchased by hospitals and others? So many questions not enough answers at this point. I know call Bret if I have questions...I will not call Bret his time is valuable and I don't want to have to call Bret.

Well just finishing the post and we are down to 14.5 cents enough said!
