Seriously, you ask a good question. Imagine Micron will argue the Rambus AT suit has its basis in the DOJ DRAM complaint, and so it is entitled to limited liability by way of the DOJ leniency program. Rambus will argue its complaint is independent and Micron is liable for treble damages. The lawyers will argue. The lawyers will get richer. Shareholders will wait patiently for the decision.
