Regarding your Virgin Waters post,3J,

I am struck by a key assumption of it
(and the corresponding 'but for' discussion in Trinko)

The operant presumption is that one (of at least several)
competitors in a market does gain 'unfair advantage' by some form
of 'cheap exclusion'
(i.e. by standard or regulation),
of ( ITS OTHER) competitors.



My question is,
"Who are dBus's competitors?"

My answer,
None of the alleged infringers.
Is this sufficiently clear?
