Jeeves, my man, you've been honking that horn for at least a month now... You obviously are not "in the loop" as your timing is, shall we way, a tad off. But, you seem to be head strong with this "completed project" mantra. Spill it poker face! Just what is it that you have heard that leads you to believe that a project {and which project} has been completed?
