The second paragraph of the article disturbs me. Does it mean that tox studies will not be wrapped up until mid-2014 or all studies. It's both vague and disturbing since we've been told by Seymour that tox will be completed this year. Human tests in Australia were supposed to be through phase one by mid-1914.
