Sorry to disagree Rookie - the report dated October 2012 IS the phase II report. They just "released" the report on May 31st so we can see it. But we've heard all these claims before which furthur worries me. They've had these results since Oct 2012 with time to put them in front of interested parties, and nobody has taken an interest in over 6 months!
