it is intentional and it was easily fixable, that is the going concern issue. pl was told by a number of shareholders (including me) for YEARS, yes YEARS that the going concern was a problem for institutional shareholders. ES has an investment banking background... imo the reason it was not fixed because it would have fixed the institutional shareholder issue which would have created a higher share price.... something mgmt. did not want to happen while they transferred ownership to themselves... Thorpe and I had several conversations on the lack of resources to move his baby forward.... all the wounds to share price were self inflicted.... while they were diluting shareholders, they were gaining shares...

and they had YEARS to fix the BOD. numerous requests from many shareholders.... Barbara F told me ES did not want to fix the BOD and did not like retail shareholders.... they were a nuisance....
