Not that I am telling you what to do, but you might wanna consider hanging on here!!! Yes you own nothing of the new company that basically bought themselves a cheap listing, but the truth is they are going to likely sell Gonzales for $3-5MM range and generate cash to do something in their own business whioch makes this transaction basically free and cash flow positive. Do you know anything about the other company ie sales, earnings, employees??
