If indeed anybody was threatened, then I agree.
However, I'm not sure I would accept the word of an employee of this highly mismanaged company as gospel. It's a neat way of diverting attention from the real issue, which is the complete failure of FASC to articulate or implement a coherent and successful business plan.
"They will probably, however, be the same people who will be singing the praises of FASC when success returns."
I think a more accurate formulation would be;
"if success arrives".
"When" seems like wishful thinking under the circumstances.
I don't think you can say that FASC has ever been successful in commercial terms, so "returns" is alse inappropriate.
