IMHO,..if Robert Leon doesn't get what he is pursuing and takes this to the legal level,...well lets just say CLYW was hoping they'd be on the "we'll bring a case of infringement" side of the legal battle. looks like the tables have turned,...just a little.

if these purchase orders don't come through and all CLYW has as a vehicle for cash is selling of their stock,...what other choice do they have except to file for BK.

looks like RL shares that he has registered for sale have the ability to crumble this pps of CLYW. and based on recent results it appears to be happening.
