Nope...Jupiter is simply a holding company affiliated with Lehman that is overseeing the transfer of/ liquidation of AVB shares through the plan trust. Before I comment further though, I was just getting ready to read over that form 4. I skimmed some of it over once before but I need to absorb the material LOL.
