A 900 share MM transaction at.0239 saved us from a 15,000 share .0116 close. All the talk doesn't make any difference. The reality is that no one wants to sell any large quantity and take a likely .005 for it. The risk is worth holding. But no one, except for one brave sole this past week, wants to buy substantially. This does not necessarily mean that FASC is not a good risk investment. It does mean that if you buy, you better not be in any hurry to get your money out. And also you better really believe that that FASC is going to make it. The old saying that "the proof is in the pudding" is very real--and the pudding here has to be substantive news from FASC on actual sales. Maybe Brian's words, "It is what it is" sums it up pretty good.

I personally have adjusted my thinking to simply take what comes--good or bad. It certainly would be good, however, to be able to sell some shares and get 3 or 4 cents for them. Waitedg
