Let's be honest Sarbanes-Oxley is a complete waste of companies money and does nothing to prevent fraud, it's a complete joke!! It cost companies over a million dollars to implement and sure didn't stop/prevent the MF Global or Madoff. So you really think it have any affect on VDSC?

It's nothing more than another paper shuffles that the government bureaucracy doesn't pay attention too. Just one more government burden on companies that doesn't protect shareholders.
