Confirmed~TDA permitting trades of DPBE
After I and others have been battling with TDA for months/years, I received the following email today:

"Your situation was escalated to me to review. I contacted an associate with our Clearing firm, who checked on the restriction. He has determined that the (nonexistent) DTC lock could be removed. You should be able to trade DPBE through TD Ameritrade at this time.
